Will the NVC provide a case number for each beneficiary?

4 I130 petitions submitted in the same envelope (My wife & 3 kids)

If only one case number do I need to have all 4 beneficiaries listed in the DS-3032?

SInce you sent 4 I-130 applications, i think they will assign 4 NVC Case # of each applicant. When u email DS-3032 just put their 4 case # and their names in subject

Perhaps you might want to adjust the wording to note "I would like to appoint my Husband as my agent of choice for all of the above noted case numbers to receive all future correspondence from the U.S. Department of State.

Otherwise looks good. For subject line use all NVC case#s.
