2"x2" photos in the UK

For the G-325A photos the UK sizes are fine... It's the forms after that need to meet US standards.

Some of the automatic machines at Boots also give you the choice of US size... The one of Bond St in London, for example, does that. Perhaps that's because it's close to the US Embassy though.

Otherwise, Snappy Snaps is the next best option although they'll charge you over £10 for only 2 photos.

No matter where you get them done though, make sure you check the other sizes and specs... The head can be no more than 1&3/8" from top to bottom and the eyes can be no more than 1&3/8" from the bottom edge.

Oh damn. Because UK-sized photos were fine for the G-325A I assumed they'd be fine for the interview, too. Damn.. and the only photo shop in my town just closed down. Aaaaaaagh. I'll have to look for those Boots machines that were mentioned.

There is a machine in the Embassy to Biscuit. They charge £4 for 2. You can do them online too so I hear.

are the pictures for the initial application & G325A? the passport picture sent in on my form was a std UK picture size, we just left a large protion of border on.

For the medical again it was std UK size, but for the Embassy interview i had the correct US size.

Just a note that for the Embassy interview they have a photo booth inside the USE.

I had US sized pictures for everything that I had taken by a photographer fo who charged me way too much. When I went for the medical they took one and cut it down to UK size.
