Sept filers take heart! We were just approved!!

After what seemed like an eternity since our filing date of Sept 15, 2008 we received our NOA2!!!!

I know some of u guys here and we've all been holding hands and encouraging each other. I want u guys to hang in there and know that ur day is coming soon. I've prayed to God many times and he has answered my prayers. This is such an incredible day. Im so excited. I thought our file had slid off some guys desk and slid under a big filing cabinet or some guy spilled coffee all over it. :huh: I just couldnt believe it had taken so long.

Just be patient with Vermont. They have thousands and thousands of cases to process so keep in mind they are doing the best they can.

Oh and one more thing.... the timelines and Igor List and USCIS processing dates shouldnt be taken literally. They are just a guide/estimate. We were 147 on Igor's and had a processing date of 2/24-3/12. :unsure: It also said under Immigration Time that VSC was working on Sept 3 filing dates. We were Sept 15 but approved today. So try to give those timelines a 2 week +/- window.
