I-134 Question

This is what my co-sponsor is including with her I-134

(She is WELL above the poverty line)

-Proof of her US Citizenship

-Tax returns from 2005-2007 (jointly filed with her husband)

-Her W-2 forms 2005-2008 (since she filed jointly, it would be better to include her W-2s, since she is cosponsoring based on her income ONLY)

-IRS Tax transcripts+ W-2 transcripts from 2005-2007

-2008 W-2 forms (We do not even have our NOA2 yet, but by the time the interview rolls around, we should have her 2008 tax return as well, but if not, we are including her 2008 W-2 forms FOR SURE)

-Letter from her employer

-Couple of her recent pay stubs

-A notarized letter she wrote explaining that she will fully support without limit and without condition (I know it is not required, but it doesn't hurt either)

Despite all of this, does she still need to include her bank statement or letter from her bank?

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)
