I was wondering what the waiting time for waiver filers is like? I kinda wanna know how long to wait for this process to be over....my application was sent at the end of july 08 and accepted on early aug 08. would anyone know?

No one knows how long. There are cases that were filed jointly and takes forever to be approve and cases that were filed with waiver that were approved less than a year or so. Just be patient. Mine took 6 months and this was in 2007. Best of luck!

I filed on waiver ground on OCT 1st 2008, and was approved on the,did my BIometrics 3 weeks later and was approved on the 3rd of February, so it took 3 months, for the I 751 approval without interview.

It goes in the same waiting period of time as a joint filing...so really will depend in your Service Center, and will be in line same as the others. The only thing that could be if they ask you for more evidence, which has happened to the ones who file jointly as well. I really haven't notice anything differently. They even waived the interview sometimes.

I file with a waiver on July 08, the situation is that they approved my joint filing on Dec 08 (even that I did all the possible to communicate them that I was divorce, I even went to the district office and they made a copy of my divorce decree and all that, went three times and they say "no worry" they will figure out!) What else I can do?...Just wait. Apparently they never get themselves together for this matter. I will wait until they get on July08 cases and see what's the deal.

Thanks for replying with your timlines and thoughts. I had heard that they separate the joint and waiver filers into two piles and take thier time with waiver applications, but I guess that's not very true. Hopefully they treat them the same, waiting time wise.
