hi guys.. my CR1 visa has just been approved today.. i'll be entering the US by the last week of february. this february 16 would be the start of our 90 day period before our 2nd anniversary.

my problem is how can we gather enough evidences for less than 90 days?

when should we file since i'll be arriving in Us within the 90 day period? some says its better to file early but how can we apply early if by that time we're still gathering evidences. im worried.. help guys..

I think you are confused on the 90 day period for removing conditions? It is not 90 days before your 2 year wedding anniversary, but 90 days before your 2 year anniversary of you permanent resident status. For you, that day begins the day you step foot inside the USA.... If you delayed your entry to after your two year wedding anniversary, then you would avoid conditional status and be issued a 10 year GC from the beginning.

YMMV

Yes that is correct. I am sure you are keen to be with your hsuband but it would be a really good idea to wait to enter the USA till after your second wedding anniversary. It'll save money and hassle down the road.

If you enter the US after your second marriage anniversary, you will receive a 10 year Green Card.

If you sit foot in the US even one week before the 2 years marriage anniversary, you will be subject to the 2 years conditional Green card. And therefore the removing of condition I 751 process.

Talk with your husband, it is better to wait couple of weeks before entering the US. This was you will save money and energy.

Good luck
