My husband's interview will be on Feb 9 2009 @ 10:00 am.

What time does he need to be there?

Usually, they require at least an hour before the given time for interview. But it would be better, if he will be there earlier.

2-3 hours before the interview time.

3 hours are way too long. My NOA says " be on time, but do not arrive more than 45 minutes early"

it is different for other embassies. some embassies don't want the beneficiary to be there nay earlier than an hour before the interview. but in Manila, it is different. The earlier, the better. Give yourself ample time to get there and settle down. probably 2 hours would do. good luck and God bless!

i got there an hour before my interview and its fine. anyways line for CRI is not that long or not long at all.No need to be panic about the line. My interview was 8.30, i get there around 7.15 and no one is lining for CRI anymore. So the guard check our appointment right away and go to the next line which u can sit,no worries about standing.

thats all base on my experience.
