I googled "visa expired in uk". The google ball rolled out that it could be a one way ticket for your fiancée leaving the UK- the overstay might present problems when she tries to enter the UK again. Where is she going to go if she is denied entry back into the UK? I suggest that you contact the appropriate authorities in the UK (maybe UK Immigration Visa) and ask them what you need to do next.

That is something I did not know... but we can deal with that.

When I said:

If she goes to France for us to get married, then leaves to stay with other relatives (not in UK), can she return?

by return, I meant to France (for her interview).

Also, on the other hand, I was told that it is important that she is legally in a country when we start doing the K-3, but if she overstays her visa in France after we are married, it might be ok. Does that hold up?
