quick question for I-130. Q.21

Quick question relating to Q.21 (from the I-130)

21. If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together. (Include street, city, province, if any, and country):

From: To:

The only places we have lived together has been hotels in Indonesia. She has never been to USA.

** Questions:

--Should I list hotels as some sort of "supporting proof of marriage" ? or should I list "None" ?

--Is this some sort of requirement to lend weight to supporting the marriage for her visa? (I live and work in the USA and she cannot enter without a visa.)

--Do people get visa if they have not lived together? What are ramifications of answering "None" ?

I wouldn't list hotels, since one does not typically live in hotels.

I would answer none, I am sure USCIS has dealt with many couples who did not live together. You're fine

Generally, we do not write hotel address.

However, it will help you, if you attach hotel bills and traveling together documents.
