I was thinking that in 6 months from now me and my husband we'll not be able to have properties in comon. For now we have a joint checking account and I'm on his health insurance. He tried to put me on the cell phone bill, but it didn;t work.I can't get a driving licence, because people from there are so stupid and I couldn't make them understand that my NOA is enough to get a D/L.That's what it says in LA regulations...So he can;t have me on his car insurance.I think I'll be on the tax return form..tha'ts all we have as prooves besides photos.

I've seen that people who didn't have properties in common they were asked all kind of personal q at the interview.

And there'are people who have a loong list of proves. That kind of scares me..Do I need letters from friends for green card interview?Do the family members count? Can they write letters for us?I know it's early to worry about that,..but I am waiting for suggetions and if necessary I'm working on making "joint"things

Thanks!

hi also have the same evidence that you have except that he was able to include my name in the PG & E bill but i really don't worry that much. i believe that these are enough. it actually depends on the IO but then again i have been here for over 3 mos and by the time of my interview i'll probably be here for less than 6 mos. so I am hoping that they would take that into consideration. if ever they ask you personal question just answer it confidently. with regards to driver's license here in cali i think they don't really accept NOA1 because i tried it before and they did not accept it. i went back there when i got my ead and that's all that they need to establish your legal presence.

What do u think?

yes if you want to make one but like what the other person said it has a little impact. also you are on K1 so you have been grilled already by the embassy in your country so i don't think you will still have a hard time on the interview. your case might even be transferred to CSC and you can get your greencard without an interview. as for the driver's license i don't have driver's license in my home country so i don't know the procedure for those who have driver's license in their country.
