my Fiance called NVC today and they said our case is on AP.huhuhu:( :crying: :crying: :crying:

guys do you know whats the reasons that cases being stuck at National Visa Center??

I had read some topic here about being stuck in NVC,

pray for me guys:)

I hope I'll post a good news soon here in VJ :unsure: :unsure: :unsure:

Hello..glad you found the other thread...and I have replied there, and posted a link to show you some of the checks.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

you can email nvc..il email you the format when i get home from work..

response will be given to you within 3 - 5 business days dont worry..as long as your fiance or spouse sent in the incomplete docs your good to go

nothing you can do about it but WAIT for another 6 weeks or so...

you can email nvc..il email you the format when i get home from work..

Each photo must be printed on glossy thin white paper, not mounted or retouched. Digital photographs are acceptable on photo quality paper. An electronic copy if not acceptable.

All correspondence concerning your petition has been sent to you in care of your attorney of record. You should contact your attorney concerning the present status of your case.
