My wife's GC are about to expire on April 2nd, I am going to send the packet tomorrow but we are wondering if we have enough evidence.. and do we need to send a passport size picture of my wife??? hope you guys can help me coz I'm really scared if i messed this up... thanks!

Check of 545.00 fee

Copy of I-751, Petition to remove conditions on residency

Copy of my wife’s Green card, Military I.D, Social Security I.D, United Concordia I.D, and Tri-care I.D.

Copy of life insurance

Copy of record emergency data as my wife’s full benifiaciary

Copy of United Concordia, Dental Insurance

Copy of our health insurance

Copy of joint car insurance

Copy of proof of service

Copy of joint bank / savings account

Copy of my wife’s W-2 from work 2007 and 2008.

Copy of joint tax statement for 2006,2007 and 2008.

One sworn affidavits by U.S citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

Bills from Direct tv Filipino channel

Bills from different dentist my wife went to.

School forms, Letter from the School principal with my wife’s name on it.

Hotel Receipts from our vacation.

Bank statements for the last 3 months

Pictures of us

We have no other utility bills because we live on base housing inside base.

I sent in my I-751 and I didnot send in a passport picture of me....it must be okay because I received a Notice of Action (about 10 days after sending it) for my biometrics for February 10/09. So everthing must of checked out! I know how you feel...I'm always worried that I left something out..............Best of luck to you

June 25, 2004 - Bruce & I met through mutual friends in my hometown in Newfoundland the night before he was going back to Maine

July 1 - First email between us

July 3 - I called him to wish him a Happy Independance Day

Daily phone calls and emails from there on in

October 20 - Bruce drove back to Newfoundland. He planned on staying a week but it ended up being 3 weeks. We knew for a fact we were in love!

March 19/05 - Bruce back in Newfoundland

April 8 - Bruce picked me up in North Sydney, NS and we drove to Maine. I stayed for a week due to work

July 26 - Bruce back to Newfoundland for another 3 weeks. I can't bear to see him leave.

August 10 - He asked me to marry him.........I had already asked him anyway just to make sure*_*

September 30 - I flew to Boston to meet Bruce there and then we drove back to Maine for 2 weeks

November 18 - We filed I-129F

December 1 - NOA Receipt #

December 28 - Received Packet 3

January 6/06 - Received my Police Certificate of Conduct

January 11 - Sent DS-230 Part 1 back to Montreal Consulate

February 3 - Sent off my check list to Montreal Consulate

March 24 - Medical

April 5 - Interview Date.....APPROVED......Yahoo

April 17 - Moving to Maine

May 16 - Bruce & I became Mr. & Mrs. in Las Vegas (Oh HAPPY DAY)

Everything looks good...............did you include a cover letter? Might be a good idea and list all the things in the packet................

You're quite welcome! :yes: Oh yes we also sent in copies of envelopes addressed to us and copies of cards with little personal notes written to us. Do you have any credit cards together? We photocopied ours. Also my Father passed away this year and I sent in a copy of his obituary with my husband's name in it as 'leaving to mourn'.

My theory is ..."It's better to be looking at it than looking for it!" (in other words, 'more is better')...lol Good luck again
