I'm soooooooooo happy. i checked my email this afternoon and i had the best gift ever CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED

Check my timeline i've been waiting for a while but this time when i refiled it took them only 3 months to approve me with no interview or REF

Thanks god and thanks guys for all your help and support

wish you luck to all of you in CSC

Thanks guys for all your comments and for all your help. just to say be patient and don't ever give up. i applied for it after i got a divorce and i got denied the first time becasue i didn't have my divorce decree. i applied the second time 3 months ago and it went through. so good luck to everyone in my situation.

If you have any question let me know. i have one year until i apply for my citizenship. so i'll be off for a while

How long does it usually takes to get my actual green card in the mail???

Just an update,

I received an email today from CRIS saying that on Feb.10 2009 an Approval Notice was sent so hopefuly i'll be receiving my card in the mail soon. I'll let you guys know when i receive it in the mail. thanks again

apartement lease

joint bank account before divorce

divorce decree

A letter from my ex-wife stating the bona-fida of the marriage( was really helpful i guess)

letters of bona fida of the marriage from my father and sister in law

tax papers

I think that's it, but yea just send whatever you ahve and you will be fine
