It wasn't a hostile divorce and when he moved out of here he just had the keys. I didn't ask for them back. He just always had everything of mine and controlled everything becouse i didn't think it would be a problem then. Plus i didn't want to upset him and get him mad. He had agreed with the divorce and thats all i cared about at the time.

I'm just going to say what my attorney told me when I told him " I don't want a messy, hostile divorce..."

My attorney said " ALL divorces are messy and hostile, some from the beginning and openly-but eventually in some way there is always some amount of hostility-some people are just better at hiding it than others....and THOSE are the ones you need to be wary of the most..."

Why didn't you change the locks?

The police might laugh at me cuss he has my keys to the house and car but i never thought he would do this. He has had my keys for over a year but i never had any problems before. I wonder if this all has to do with asad coming soon ( if he ever gets the visa)

hell no. Police told me this when I had an abusive ex. they said this. if you see him call 911.

dont answer the door, dont even talk to him, just pick up the phone dial 911. thats all.

when the police arrive they will handle it. if he comes again after that call 911 again

My ex still wont leave us alone. SHe is a real B#@$H. Always asking for money or something for nothing. It is a long story and I have told her off and said I wanted no further contact with her. It does take time but they will move on. I have thought of moving somewhere else just to be sure it is 100% cut off
