hi all!

Please tell me, when you email NVC, do you get that autmatic response email immediately or after two or three days. I emailed them on Thursday and I still have not gotton any auto response. Is it normal??

You should have gotten it few minutes after you sent it.

Sorry not sure about the I864 Kevinbui86, hubby did all that - I'm the beneficiary and did the ds 230.

He's bringing a copy of all his paperwork over later this month, so I've got it for the interview (heaven knows when that'll be)!

Trying very hard not to be stressed and to remember that we've got this far so quickly in comparison to many others. I'm trying to count my blessings and be positive - but it's not easy

Yup, I agree. Don't stress too much over what could possibly be a false RFE. Even if it's a real one, there's always a solution to fix it. It may delay the process for a week or so, but it's no biggie. We will be with our spouses soon. Just believe it.

I agree with Carlish....I had the same message for a couple of days Kevin & dvjwh.....it was all because my DS-230 package was missing....give it a few days ....

Hello Guys...

I have some not so exciting news..

I listened to AVR today afternoon... and what I heard was.. my documents has some missing information.. now some of you went through this last weekend.. and I guess I am going through it this weekend..

Hope its false RFE.. cus I rechecked all the documents I send and have everything... I dont know wut could it be..

But I guess this will be a time filler for me rite now .. cus my wifes passport did not come yet and then PCC.. so I have few more days..

Wish me good luck for hoping this is false RFE for my AOS documents...

Hey, carlish....... do you think I might get a real or false rfe for submitting my husbands ds230 a month or so before I submit my aos???? It's just that my joint sponsor is waiting to get a few things corrected on their taxes that were incorrect and they keep telling me it'll be soon....but it also may not. Should I wait to submit ds230 a bit more near to aos........or should I send it in to save time if (god forbid - khuda na khasta) an fre is issued??? Right now...I don't know what to assume about my joint sponsors waiting time for the tax papers to be corrected...for all I know it could be this week...next week....or 1-2 months from now! I hope not though!!! What should I do?

The time limit in which you can send in your ds230 and aos package is a year right? Would waiting to do so make them put my case away or something...and when it comes time to send the stuff in would that mean they would take longer to pick my case up.....I feel this because right now everything they are receiving from me is fresh of the skillet......but i worry if I wait or make them wait they may laze around.......is there any truth to this or am I just fishing sharks here?

Ok, what does that message say? It is strange but I got an auto mesaage. However, that message does not say anything that NVC has recived any email from me, it just says that since April 04, NVC has changed their policy and now they require other info, I mean info that I have already given them. It's also strange that I emailed them the msg about 11:00 PM and this msg came as if it was sent at 5:00 PM the same day, I mean 6 hours before I sent that email.

can u please check what does your auto response message says and does the time shown is after or before your email?? Please Help!!!!

For question 19.....my husband has no children and no one else that will be accompanying him. Should I just leave these lines blank? Or should I print the form out after filling it out and then put N/A on each line with a pen in black ink? I just don't want to leave these completely blank and risk getting an RFE for incorrect or lack of information. What should I do?

and for question 23....what should I put under the degree or diploma category if he is still attending that college and hasn't gotten the degree yet??? I just put student....

and last.....and I hope least for all of our sakes ...

My husband is supposed to sign the 1st part of this form right? And leave the second part...meaning part II blank right?

Good luck to everyone this week, may those of us with RFE's get them sorted quickly and anyone awaiting NOA2's receive them this week.

It's a public holiday here in the UK, got an extra day off work so I'm going to call USPS and try to get my DS 230 delivered to the NVC, its taken over a week and then they attempted delivery on Saturday!!!! Couldn't get a signature so have sent it back to the post office. Would you believe it. As if this isn't stressful enough lol

Anyway positive thoughts for all of us. Lets hope Carlish and Chrissy & Ben get the first case completes for the FFF's.

Put none of question 19. you dont have to put none in every single blank. Just once should be okay.

Put none for question 23 under the degree since he has none yet.

and yes, he only signs the part I and leaves part II blank.
