To be honest, I'd be more worried about the NOA1 and NOA2 (well, if I HAD a NOA2 I'd be worried about it).

As for the NOA1 and NOA2, you can call USCIS to get them reprinted?

Do you think I really need NOA1 and NOA2 anymore if I know the receipt number by heart?

it's not like I have to submit them for anything, right?

okay...another stupid question guys......my iv fee bill was paid as of the 28th of last month and am wondering about the packet I should be reciving? It is a packet right....or is it just the ds230 form....in the mail or in email guys? Also, couldn't I just download and print a ds230 form online? Or is there something in the packet that I will be needing?

Also.....other than

two 2x2 passport photos

passport biographic page (certified/notarized...which???)

orginal and photocopies of the originals of birth certificate and

pcc and

.......what else will I need to submit along with the ds230?

I have very limited access to internet these days and am just trying to save some time and energy by simply asking you guys rather than going through the nvc guides and shortcuts......the electricity could go any minute now and internet is slower than slow itself.....so please don't mind guys. .

will I be recieving the packet at my husbands address in paki or at my own address in u.s??????

looks like i just joined the RFE club too. it said in the AVR that they received my documents and found missing documents, a mail was sent out on May 1. it didnt specifically said what was missing though. could this be a false RFE?

It's the DS-230 form. You can download it online.

Asides from the documents you mentioned, you also need to submit an original or certified copy of your marriage certificate. BTW, you don't need to notarize the biographic page of the passport.

Oh no dvrjwh! That sucks!! I was hoping that we break the cycle and start getting approval without getting RFEs.

What does the AVR say exactly? If it was just a general "missing or incomplete" type of message, there's a chance it's a false RFE.

I'm so sorry kevinbui. If it didn't specify exactly what was missing, it could be a false RFE. Maybe they finished reviewing your AOS package yesterday and they're looking for the DS-230 form? When did your DS-230 form made it to the system?
