I just got off the phone with NVC and NVC rep told me that My wife has to mail in a Hard copy of DS-3032.

I know several of us had their DS-3032 accepted via the email.

Should I send in a hard copy just to be on the safe side?

Indeed you should do both....

I send my hard copy on 17th...or some but sent my email on 13th...

which means.. my email was accepted before my hardcopy reached there...

you should do both... just to be safe

Oh my God, Carlish that is awesome!!! Congrats girl!!!!!!

I am sorry to hear about all the RFEs you guys, hope everything gets cleared up fast with minimal delay to your cases. Praying for you all ...

Not much new with our case, since I am pretty much just sitting on my behind waiting for tax papers signed and returned by my lovely husband.

I paid the IV bill yesterday, and it shows PAID so I guess that's good enough for now :)

Best of luck to all of you guys !!!

I am reading over the DS-230 stuff and says that we need to submit the certified documents for husband as well as photocopy of those documents.

This will sound stupid, but do I send a photocopy and certified copy, or do I send a certified copy plus photocopy of the certified copy ? Hope this makes sense :)

If I am reading it correctly, I can do either or, but I was wondering how did you all do it?

Thanks!

No, you dont have to send additional photocopies of the documents. I was confused about this too, and I called NVC three times...all three operators told me that the photocopies are not needed anymore. Best of prayers.

I sent in my IV package and I864 today. And, I am 99% sure that I will get a RFE on the I-864. Its making me angry that I waited to send both of them together. I shuoldve sent 864 before and by now, it wouldve been resolved. stupid me! stupid nvc! i dont like nvc very much.

I am planning to send my AOS and IV packets at the same time as well ...

Hrad copies get accepted faster. It takes 2-3 days for hardcopies and about 7-10 days for email. So, whatever you think is best. I'd suggest you to be safe and send in both ways. best of prayers.

I spoke to 6 different reps today and each of them gave me a different answer. The one that sounded the smartest told me that my case is very confusing, so I should send my docs in as fast as possible, and if nvc needs something, they'll ask for it".

It has to do with my co-sponsor, my uncle. He filled his tax returns jointly with his wife, and he has income from three of his businesses, but its all combined with his wife's. Its just very difficult to separate his and his wife's income. And, I dont believe the people at NVC to be very smart. So, lets see what happoens. haha

Hey, and I would suggest that you send 864 whenever its ready. Cuz it'll save time in case anything goes wrong. I hope it doesnt for you.
