Carlish,

I am looking at your time line and cannot believe it has been a month already since your case number was assigned. I feel like it was just yesterday that the whole NVC thing started developing ... I guess I was so prepared for this process to take like a year, so I am pretty shocked that it's going so fast for all of us:)

I know what you mean. I wasn't expecting to get out of the USCIS till after 3 or 4 months. But now most of us are in the final NVC stage already after almost 3 months of filing the petition. If God permits, we will all be with our spouses this summer or fall. It's really amazing. :star:

Great to see everyone's progress.....sent in DS 230 package today- and I just spoke to NVC - they confirmed that my AOS package has been accepted. Thank God! My hubby and I , checked and rechecked everything. So hopefully all will be well.

Sombercat....looks like the Montreal Interviews are moving along.....and we are both proceeding at the same pace.....it won't be long....

Rehan....doesn't an NVC error qualify you for an expedite? Maybe you should call NVC and speak to a supervisor....I am not sure but it won't hurt to try...

I am so grateful for this site.....you guys are the best! :energy::energy:

I noticed that about the Montreal interviews. I nearly fell out of my chair a few nights ago when I saw how many people got theirs for June. Barring any RFEs for us, it looks like you, Holliday and myself should be there around the same time. No RFEs, no RFEs, no RFEs. :star:

Wow, that's awesome! Hoping to get out of NVC sometimes next week and getting a June interview as well. Goodluck guys!! No more RFEs, no more RFEs.

You'll be much more fortunate that we are Carlish. Those people we were talking about that got June interviews all got their NVC approval in early April. Since we're looking at May approvals, we're probably talking about late July/early August interviews. Believe me, I'm not complaining. Like you said earlier, we all thought this process would take a very long time. My husband and I were figuring about a year, which would mean going to Montreal in the dead of winter - not a fun time. Now that it will be a late summer interview, we'll be able to enjoy Montreal for a few days.

Well, I think this group is fortunate than some people here in VJ. I can see from other people's timelines that they have filed last years and still haven't heard anything from USCIS. Most of us were approved within a month or so. I guess we are just lucky that we filed our petitions right around the new administration took over. I guess they're trying to impress the new boss. :star:

I hope all of you know that NVC just changed their mailing address. I think that we still have to send our documents as per Barcode instructions, but I would double check with NVC. Godd luck to all!!!

Whoa! When did that happen? I used the mailing address that was written on the bar-coded cover sheets. I believe I sent all my documents to this address: 32 Rochester Ave, Portsmouth, NH.

I just paid my IV bill because on the website it was enabled for me to do so. I didn't receive an email from NVC to tell me to do so, so hopefully I didn't screw everything up by doing this :)

It happend on Monday 27 April, but you should not worry because they just change it and even if you sent it to the old address, they will get it. I sent my documents on Friday to the old address. I just wanted to let all of you know for any furure mailing correspondence.

Called the AVR just for the heck of it. Our DS3032 was received on 4/27. I don't have info to check and see if the IV bill is ready and haven't gotten the emailed invoice yet. Not in any hurry though as husband won't be sending PCC's and BC until Friday and it will take 2 weeks to get to me.

I am not sure I understand this, because on the website where you paid the AOS bill it will show you all information for IV bill as well. I didn't receive an email either with invoice number for IV bill, but on the website it shows the balance due and it indicates that it is ready to be paid now.

What I meant was I don't have the information with me at work to log into the site to check if the IV bill is ready to be paid. :)

My husband and I decided to review the DS-230 again AFTER we had submitted it. (We're brilliant, aren't we? Heh.) I had reviewed it nearly a month ago shortly after I filled it out, but I didn't notice any errors... probably because I was sick of looking at it. Anyway, I messed up a date. I wrote that I attended my first high school from 09-1999 to 01-1999, rather than from 09-1996 to 01-1999. Duuuhhhh... That was quite silly of me. Ah well. I'm going to fill out another DS-230 just in case they notice/care. I've decided not to really worry about it though. Not much I can do about it now anyway.

OF COURSE I the NVC Case # memorized. It's the invoice number I don't know ;) It starts with a 2 and has a 1 and 9 somewhere in it - does that count for anything????

I know mine, and the NVC case# and the receipt number from my NOA1 back in March :D I'm such a loser :)

The only reason I remember is because my invoice number is very similar to my cell phone number :) and for the case number and receipt number my husband came up with some creative ways to memorize them, he always does that ...
