lil question??

Yesterday we call NVC to give our emails and ask for the INN but the operator took our emails and she said they arent giving anymore the INN by the phone since ppl tried to pay before they get their emails and the INN will come in next email they are sending to my husband, Thats something usual or we should try talk with the operators till we get a IIN from one of them??????

It's a good idea to wait for the bill to be generated before paying the bill. The IIN will be included in the AOS package that will be emailed to you and your husband.

IIN is your invoice ID number. You'll need it along with your case number to log on to NVC Website to pay the AOS and IV fee bills. Eventually after the fees showed up "PAID", you will be able to print out the cover sheet for both AOS and IV forms.

The INN Mumtaz is the Invioce Identification Number to pay the bills online.

We never received one... is it okay to send the documents without the envelope?

Someone, correct me if I'm wrong, but since we provided our email addresses to NVC, we are processing documents electronically and will likely not get hardcopies. It's okay to use different envelopes such as FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.

NVC accepted my DS-3032 thru email and received a confirmation today. The DS-230 fee bill is now available to be paid. Can I go ahead and pay it? Or wait for the DS-230 bill to be emailed to me like what the instruction indicated?

I guess the same should apply to the IV bill.

Chrissy, when NVC accepted your DS-3032, did you get a separate email that the IV bill is ready to be paid? NVC emailed my husband and said that the "agent" will get the bill soon. The email was basically letting us know that the DS-3032 has been accepted by their system.

We paid the bill when we noticed that it was available to be paid (which was around 2:00pm yesterday). We didn't get the actual IV Fee Letter e-mail until around 8:00pm last night. The payment status went from "IN PROCESS" for most of the day yesterday to "NOT PAID" last night (which really made me freak out) and then "PAID" and cover sheet available this morning.

So, I would say that you can just pay the bill without waiting for the e-mail. Just don't get too worked up if the status shows as "NOT PAID". (Don't pay it twice!)

I called NVC last night and the guy said they had no record of the DS-3032 email that I sent, so they must have accepted the hardcopy in my case.

Also, I just checked, and I see that my IV bill is showing up online. I think we'll wait a few days for the instructions, rather than paying it in advance.

I guess, I'll just wait a bit for the IV Fee Letter email before I pay the bill. Hopefully I will get it tonight or tomorrow. I'm planning to send the DS-230 package as soon as I get the cover sheet printed.
