Yes it was me, read it in the paper and internet a few days ago. Happy Easter all, maybe Easter Bunny will bring us the golden letter this weekend. Best wishes all.

Correction, CSC is working 24/7 not NVC. Seems like VSC has transfered many petitions to CSC, and even the recent filers who should of been at VSC "Like me" petitions went to CSC instead, due to VSC is mainly handling the HB1 visa the workers visas. So they have 24/7 shifts working to keep up and not winding up like VSC did back in early 2008 buried with petitions of all sorts.

I think they need another service center to even the keel of petitions. Happy Easter all and remember its the last Easter away from our love ones, I pray.

Well Widhbegirl u were right my husband call today to NVC and we have our case number. Am just so so happy I can`t stop smile.

Well got a few questions since am starting my aos package to mail to my husband:

I got all documents they ask for; but am not sure if all of them has to be translated??; since all others I sent ,were translated and I did it; It is ok if I mail it to my husband or will be better to mail it directly to the NVC????.

And if some knows wich test exist to prove what vaccines u have and what i can start to get from my family doctor, since am like 30 I lost many years ago my vaccines certificade, and my doctor says he kinda can give me a medical certification saying I got some of them as a baby but am not sure. Do you think will best if i call the phisician the embassy has listed and ask about????

There is a test to show which vaccinations you have had. It is called a titer.

oh my god!!! You guys won't believe this. 4 days ago I called the nvc and asked if they had received my file...they had received it 2 days earlier than when i called. I got my case number from the lady. And today I checked my email and it said I recieved my cover letter from nvc plus ds 3032 and another email with aos letter written on it. I'm so excited everything is happening so fast for us....it's hard to keep up!

I have a question though...I can download the files (cover letter and ds3032 and aos fee bill letter) just fine but I can't write in it......I can't place any text in it. I have adobe 8.1 and also adobe 8.0 on another comp and it does the same thing on both. When I open and use the petition and other pdf forms I have no problem filling and saving them. Adobe reader won't let me write in or SAVE these forms other than the original unwritten copies. So what should I do??? Should I download both forms from vj (I believe vj has them in the dl section) and then fill them.....will they still save?

I need to save them after I fill them out on my comp because I don't have a printer here in the house and will need to transfer the filled forms to my usb flash drive and get them printed elsewhere. So any ideas as to what I can do....???

BTW....I'll update my timelines once I've gotten my dates cleared up. Write now I'm quite confused as to the dates as I haven't gotten my noa2 letter just yet, it should be here in a few days though.

I'm so excited everything is going so smoothly as of yet......I'm still going to be praying for a smooth and quick process though.......because there is still plenty to come....

It might take a couple of weeks to get this stuff together....should I wait to make the payment or should I make the online payment and then send the things in as I wish?

Hi! I'm glad everything your NVC journey is going smoothly. You can now pay your AOS bill and once the cover sheet is available to download, you can send your AOS packet to NVC. Your AOS packet should include the I-864, your latest tax return, 2nd and 3rd most recent tax returns (optional), employment verification letter (optional), and paystubs for the last 6 months.

You can use this template to email your DS3032. Goodluck!

I SEARECHED AND SEARCHED all over the internet and DID NOT find one single FREE way to save the DS230 I'm sorry, there is a site that charges you $30 and supposedly you can get a fill in the blank & save file. I was in Africa and no printer so we saved to flash drive, took it to the hotel we were staying in and had them print it out and we filled it in by hand.

Looking forward to your updates. Still workin' on the other guesses for you

Hi everyone and happy Easter! I've been in Canada since last Wednesday night with my husband. It was nice to spend time with he and his family as always. Does anyone know how I can email the ds3032? I don't know how to do this....I can't even write in it.

Also, after I pay the aos fee bill......how long am I allowed to wait before I send in my aos along with financial info and whatnot? It might take a couple of weeks to get this stuff together....should I wait to make the payment or should I make the online payment and then send the things in as I wish?

Go with what carlish said re: the DS-3032 email, and the AOS stuff. As for the DS-230, you won't even receive the email for the bill until your DS-3032 is accepted, so don't worry about that yet. At least that's my understanding.

I emailed my DS-3032 the other day, and I was going to send out the hard copy of it, but it would've cost $40 to express mail it from here, and I had no intention of paying that much for something I may or may not need, so I scanned the copy I filled out and emailed it to my husband for him to print out and mail in. I figure since I already emailed it, it may not matter that it wasn't hand signed. I guess we'll see.

Heh. I was far too impatient for that. And I'm annoyed that it currently costs more to mail a small envelope to my husband in 3-5 business days than it used to cost to send him a big envelope with 5 DVDs in it... darn fuel surcharges! Heh.

I have to get my police name check done on Tuesday and I'll have to send it priority mail to my husband. Although I'm thinking that if it's a nice day, I might just drive down to New York state and mail it off from there. I'm ridiculous. "Purpose of your visit?" "Going to the post office because I'm too impatient/cheap to mail something through Canada Post."
