Oh I just about died... I am getting my mail out of the mailbox and there is an envelope that says official government documents on it or something to that effect, I was like oh my God my NOA, shouldn't it say USCIS on it, but I was still in shock that I didn't really register that... Anyway, wasn't NOA2, it was just my old passport that was returned to me I thought I had myself in check not to stress over NOA2 and all, but man did this hit me hard, I am still shaking an hour later:)

STILL no case number for us yet... but I have only called the AVR... I haven't talked to an operator.

Carlish, did you get your case number from the AVR or an operator? I feel bad calling and bothering them, but it has been over two weeks now since the date of our NOA2...

What do you guys think? Should I call to speak to a representative??

you should call them today. mine is dated march 25th and im calling them tonight. im paying the application fee so i might as well get my money's worth. dont feel bad that you're bothering them

You should definitely call them. I got mine thru the AVR last Saturday (March 28). But I spoke to an operator on Monday (March 23) and Thursday (March 26) and was asked to call back the following Monday (March 30) as the operator I spoke with was anticipating to have my NVC case available by then.

Don't feel bad bothering them. It's their job to answer questions/inquiries. I'm planning to call them again today to ask if the DS-3032 and AOL fee bills have been generated yet. Per AVR, no activities yet, but the operator may offer different info.

Well, no news for us either. I just checked my mail box and nothing yet. Luckily, I'm flying to Guatemala tomorrow to see my wonderful wife so I hope to find a nice present in the mailbox when I get back in a week. Go NOA2, Go!!!

Call, I got my NVC# today and I was approved 3/22 from VSC.

Called them today again, No luck with Case# at NVC... yet..

My NOA2 was on 03/19/09... said i'll have to wait atleast 2-3 wekk minimum...

so no choice but to wait..

And why the remainig NOA2 stopped.. guys waht happen.. this theread sounds very dull.. cheer up things here friends..
