lucky FEBRUARY 2009 FILERS

I have yet to receive a touch either. Personally, I pay it no mind, all is in the hands of God and HIS timing will prevail. We cannot yet afford to send SO to Nigeria to get his police report so if it takes 2 or 3 more months to receive NOA2 it is alright with me. I have everything else nearly complete, just need letter from my employer.

They say patience is a virtue so I will wait for God to bestow the blessing of it upon me.

Can you change my service center from Vermont to California.. I just found out that I did send my documents to Vermont but when I open my case online its California yeahhh... more faster than Vermont... atleast 2 months faster.. see... if you have patients... your case gets push of 2 months.. may it be from day 1 which I did not see... but now whenever I see it thats what I think that its moved 2 months ahead... its GOD's work. ... all you guys must be understanding the feelings right.. cheers..

Yes I will definitely change to California. I arrive home on Sunday night. For some reason the spreadsheet is really strange looking when I look at here in Senegal, so as not to mess it all up I will wait to make changes until I get back home.

It looks like CSC is blazing through the I-130 applications and approving them.

It seems that now they approving Feb 09 filers. Check out this guys time line:

It's nice to see these NOA2s being sent out in record times... for thom it kinda sucks as I am still waiting for ITINs so I can do my 2006, 2007, and 2008 taxes. I should get the ITINs in about 6 weeks, then I can submit my 2006, 2007 taxes...

I also found a gift in the mailbox when I got home tonight! Our NOA2 is finally here. Our petition is APPROVED!! :dance:

The NOA2 is dated March 16, 2009--33 days from NOA1 date!

I guess I need to start gathering my NVC documents. When do I expect to hear from NVC? Will they contact me and my husband?

Anyway, goodluck everyone. Be patient, your NOA2 will come soon... have faith and believe it.

BTW, my case status at USCIS Website still says "case received and pending." I guess they don't update their Website as often as we'd like to.
