This is what I have from the USCIS site today. How do I know if it has been touched?

I sent the packet to my lawyer January 23 and she got it in the mail right around the end of January or beginning of February. I am thinking that there should be more to it at this point. Can somebody correct me? Thanks and good luck to allllll of us!

What i did was sign up for email alerts and there's like a thing with like 6 columns in which you can input your case number and it tells you the last time it was updated (touched), it says is my "portfolio"

dont rely on the online status of the case you guys. california service center received my friends petition on Feb 4. he got approved on mar 13. he received a noa2 in the mail and his case status still say pending. hes the first one in feb to get approved!! hopefully, we're next.....

Question: My wife is now unemployed as we prepare to sell our house in Canada and take care of lose ends there. On the I-130 it shows as her being employed. Should I be contacting to advise?

no, because she was still employed when you file the petition. you are the petitioner right? if so, then there shouldnt be any problems.

no, because she was still employed when you file the petition. you are the petitioner right? if so, then there shouldnt be any problems.

they just updated the processing time at both service centers. right now they're filing petitions with jan 31, 2009 dates

Hi guys! I know its really stupid of me to ask this.. when you say NOA1? does it mean that your check has been cashed? coz i can already check my status online (BUT UNFORTUNATELY, AFTER THEY RECEIVED IT LAST MARCH 5, STILL NO TOUCHES...HUHUHU)

Are we doing the right thing since we got out NOA1? are we sailing the right river?
