I shall now add to my misery whilst I ask another simple...stupid and most likely a fore answered question, but this time I will do one better...and make it about the I864!

:D

ahem....right, soooo my question is,

on question 21....sub question g. where it says optional if you are having a relative fill out an i864a then add them to the house hold size. Well, I am having my mother fill out and sign an i864a so I first put 1 for her.....then when proof reading I thought again about my mother and father filing jointly on their taxes.....but since my father didn't sign a i864a I feel like I shouldn't be including him in the household size according to the question........but I just want to make sure. should I include my father....which makes the household size 4. That's myself, Haseeb, my mom and my dad. Or should I keep it at three, minus my dad since he didn't sign a i864a???

okay. So just faxed the filled out i864a to my mom. She'll be mailing it out today express.....meaning it should get to me from Wednesday to Friday next week.....yes thats an entire week gone. But Once I get it back it'll take 3 days to reach NVC from there. So...thats a week and 3 days till review of aos starts.

Still curious what they really meant by the indicate number blank in question 13 and 15 of i864a? I put 1....seeing as I'm only sponsoring 1 immigrant. So hopefully that doesn't screw me over. LOL

Also, I'm a bit worried about what I put for my mom's current individual annual income on question 10. Since I don't have any tax papers and the likes for this year I just put what she told me to put. Which should be correct....but I worry they may ask for proof and the only proof I provided is the 2 employment letters both stating she makes around $900.00 - $1050.00 weekly. Which adds upto significantly MORE than what she told me to put. Though this is because she is working on a per patient base....so I'm hoping the nvc doesn't end up making too big a deal out of that. *shrugs*

ah well....we'll just have to wait and see now won't we. lol

Good luck to Kenan on his upcoming medical!!!! Fingers crossed......cause if he's ANYTHING like his wifey.......then their is much to fear when they do the alkiehol n drug tests!!! ;)

He'll do fine on the alkiehol test, he's a good Muslim, it's his wife that's satan incarnate

He is one of those annoying (yet beautiful) people who keeps saying a'udhu billahi minash-shaitanir-rajim for everything he does, and I am like what are you asking protection from shaitan for, you married you own personal shaitan, and then I bat my lashes at him, and he says Leyla shaitan is nothing to joke with ...

Oh I love him... Kenan I mean

Anyway, contrary to the popular belief, I DO NOT DRINK (anymore). I am just naturally high on life

Hey, sorry to hear that you won't be able to be at the interview, it must have been a difficult decision to make...

To be honest, I probably should have done the same, but I know it means so much to my husband that we spend time together with his family and friends for the last time, we both know we won't frequent Bosnia as much as we'd like to, so I am gonna bite the bullet and spend the money I don't have to give him that pleasure of parading around the small town where he lives with his wife. He is so silly, he is one of those men who enjooooooooys being married

I am just trying to make him happy. Contrary to the popular belief, I wanna be a good wife to him

Congratulation , estrella for your visa !

Are the medical forms the same for every country?

How did you schedule for your medical examination?

I am going tomorrow for my medical exam and I have downloaded my medical forms:

Form DS-2053 — Medical Examination for Immigrant or Refugee Applicant

Form DS-3024 — Chest X-Ray Classification Worksheet

Form DS-3025 — Vaccination Documentation Worksheet

Form DS-3026 — Medical History and Physical Examination Worksheet

I decided not to wait anymore for the embassy to send me the medical forms and I made an appointment for medical examination for tomorrow.

I hope everything will be ok .

However , I am curious if you waited for the embassy to send you the medical forms , or you just made an appointment to a designated medical office.

Thank

you .

Please help me with some words, I am quite worried .

Hope I took the right decision .

It probably is different because i didn't have to schedule it, in Mexico there is a clinic next to the consulate and that's the one you have to go. I was really worried about the exam, getting naked and all that worried me. But it was fast and unhurtfull ha ha, just the vaccines hurt they still do infact the put 4 on me including the papiloma virus one, wich was the more expensive one, but oh well.

We didn't have to take any forms either, we just had to go there with our appointment letter passport and vaccine records if any. So it probably is different, they gave it to us the same day in the afternoon, unless there was a problem and they required more exams.

V. you are so cute :P I'm sure you'll be a good wife to Kenan ;)

W., sorry about your situation, I know it's hard to take that decision, but at least your husband will be able to arrive ASAP with the money you'll get saved for plane tickets and hotels. It wasn't easy for us as well to take that decision but considering that plane tickets are about $1200-1300 at least per person, I thought that the $2500 we'd spend on tickets, we could save for our baby fund :P

And Congrats for successful visa interviews to:

Ioana, the medical offices or hospitals are different for every country. In Bulgaria for example, there's only one private clinic that do the medical for a GC and that's negotiated with the USEM in Sofia. You should call the USEM in Bucharest and ask where you should go for your medical. After that you call that place and ask them what do you need for the medical and when you could have it done. They'll let you know. Good luck!

Mumtaz girl, I cannot offer one sensible answer/advice regarding your tax / I-864 mumbo jumbo, just wanted to say I hope you get it figured out and everything goes smoothly for ya!

I spent a beauuuuuuuuuuuutiful day at the Texoma lake with my family. My dad recently purchased an RV and he and my mom went camping this week, and my sister and I went to surprise them and just showed up there in middle of nowhere in Oklahoma. They just about had a heart attack, I mean I can hardly figure out driving directions in Dallas, let alone on farm roads in OK :) so you can imagine their shock.

It was so beautiful! I am sunburned, look freaking ridiculous, but I don't even care.

You know, I miss my husband so much when things are bad and I need his support, but I miss him oh so much more when things are just perfect and he is not next to me to share a day like this ...

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend as well!
