CONGRATS CHRISSY!!!!!!

HAVE A BLAST KEVIN!!!!!!!!!!!

I think tonight we will start hearing about interview emails. At least I am praying that is correct because I am DIEING over here waiting to hear about an interview!!! I've NEVER checked my email so much as I have the last two days!! I know it will be all ok if I have to wait another month, but I REALLY don't want to wait anymore.

I have a feeling we will hear from them today. I have been having butterflies in my stomach all day. I woke up and suddenly just thought today is the day we'll get the date. Weird feeling...

If nothing comes by 3pm today, I am calling NVC...again

Chrissy, HUGE congratulations!!! I'm so happy for you. I bet the new dad can't wait to get his hands on his new little girl (and you too of course! ;) ) You'll have to let us know when the big move is going to be and you'll be living the life that Carlish is enjoying before you know it.

Kevin, good luck brother! I'd been wondering if you were still out there somewhere. I'm glad to hear you're going so soon and will get to spend some nice time together before the interview. Definitely find a way to get online and let us know how it goes for you.

Good (very early) Morning!

Just got off the phone with Ben... he is already finished with his interview and...

:star::star: HE GOT THE VISA!! :star::star:

We are both so happy... it is such an amazing feeling, and I know that all of you will be experiencing it very soon.

Thanks to all of you for your constant support and guidance through this very long process. We never could have done it without you and this thread.

I only got to talk to Ben for a second, so I don't really have any details about the interview yet. As soon as I get :star:some more information, I will let all of you know!

Yayyyyy :D

Wohoooo!!! Congratulations!!

I'm so happy for you and your family! I can't stop smiling and get teary eyes. I know exactly how you guys are feeling right now. Knowing that you can finally start to live your life together is just amazing. And Ben getting to hold his little beautiful daughter for the first time will be priceless. I'm so excited for both of you.

BTW, does anyone know how long it normally takes for the SSN to arrive in the mail? My husband has been here in the US for 19 days and there still no sign of the SS card. :( He can't seem to do anything without that darn SS number. Hay!!

Are you kidding me, has it already been that long?

Holy s*it, half my life is gonna pass by while waiting on this stupid visa

Did you try calling the SS admin and asking for status, they are actually pretty nice and helpful nowdays ...

I think we are going to head to the SS office sometimes next week to check the status of his SS card. To save us a trip to the SS office, I'm also finally going to change my last name to my married name. :star:

congrats chrissy on your husbands visa!

Im on my way to Vietnam right now, I should be there in a couple of hours. I wont be able to log into the forum that often anymore because of limited internet connection over here. I'll keep you guys posted on the interview. good luck everyone !

Have fun and stay safe!

And goodluck! I'm sure it will be fine especially with you being there for your wife's interview.

Keep us posted! :star:
