Cause first they are gonna give me the same bull answer that I should hear from them in 4-8 weeks, so I am giving them couple days to get their s*it together, and then I am gonna be the obsessive crazy woman calling them every day again and asking to speak to a supervisor

Good luck with that. Did it all last week, wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor.

Hello and Congratulations for all of you that had there cases completed! :star:

My husband applied for me and our 2 children in February 2009 .

On 25 th of June the AVR said " case complete".....it took us 10 days from the day when Avr said they are reviewing the case ,till Avr said "case complete...15 th JUne - 25 t h June.

We also had 2 RFr's ...everything is ok now...but a new awaiting period begins...we have to find out the day of our interview....wait for the caseses to be sent to Romanian Consulate ..wait for mediacal instructions to come...

We 've been waiting to go to the United States for 4 years becasue till January 2009 my husband was just a legal permanent resident and he couldn't bring his family there .

Once he received the naturalization certificate he applied at the begging of February for us .

Good luck for all of you who are waiting these days for the AvR's "case complete"...Guess at the end of August we 'll have the interview...and with the help of God we are there in September and be a reunited familiy at last.

Congrats! We bugged them too, but still took them 2 weeks to give us a date. Maybe we didn't call enough! We have our interview July 1st... Hopefully we will have some good news for the lucky FFFF's! Starting to get a little nervous though, but I think we are as prepared as we can be thanks to everyone here at VJ.

Good luck FFFF's!

Do you really think it helps to bug them?? I think they have their certain amount of open slots and when they are filled they are filled. Who knows??

No I don't think it helps at all. It's just for the person calling's knowledge that they are doing all they can.

WELCOME danat!!!

I have added you to our FFFF spreadsheet! Best of luck this week with the interview!

Congratulations!! Did AVR say that your file was sent on June 26?? So, this means that AVR changes from Case completion to File sent to the Embasyy after they forward the case!!

I thought I have to speak to a live person to find that out! Good luck!!
