The AVR says NVC mailed a letter requesting reply with a missing document. #######??? :crying:

I don't see what they could be missing, we sent everything they requested from us, plus extra stuff regarding my previous visas and stay in USA.

Did I say before how much I hate now NVC??? I've dealt with USCIS for the past 6 years, and I'm so sick and tired of the immigration thing already! :angry: :crying:

W. I just called NVC about the RFE - they are missing 2 photographs, and we did send them 4!!!

V. Congrats on ur case complete, now when they don't have that many interviews in Bosnia, you could catch an early August interview

Well sort of. The call was about my 17 year olds booty and how I want to kick it to the street! Darn kid came stumbling in at 4AM! Granted I had locked all the doors so he had to find a ladder to get to his bedroom on the second floor - next time I'll make sure those windows are LOCKED!

I sent Police Certificate to NVC - It seems they have lost it, but they have completed my case.

Guess have to bring another at the interview.

Feisal, they did not lose it. Same thing happend to me. Actually, we just needed to send a copy and NOT the original. I didn't know that either, and now, we need a new one. Our Police report is going to expire in August anyway, so it's not a big deal.

Feisal, may I ask if you know about this new thread on AP started by Ali; Do u know if this person who has been put on AP was male or female?? I am getting scared! Rehan

Ali had his interview recently in ISL and was put on AP - he is a male - I believe ur wife is the beneficiary, females usually do not get AP.

There is no link to the data I put together – it’s a multi-step process, as I have explained before.

1. Go Here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/

2. Then here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list...,28&op6=All

3. then enable advanced mode

4. then sort by interview date

5. then write down all the consulates that have an interview scheduled for the month of August (& September for the K1’s)

6. then repeat steps 3-5 with the K3 & K1 data

Just listened to the AVR message...

So I will give the lovely people at NVC until Wednesday of next week, and then I will start bugging them for interview info
