Thank you all!!

I wish all other people waiting for their interview get their dates soon. It is a relief for me and my wife because this whole immigration process looks like a waiting game. Waiting one thing after another. We were expecting that NVC would assign an interview date on the first week of July, but a good surprise! Best of luck to all!!!

Duly noted W

When I am pissed off I keep myself busy with Facebook; looking at pics of my high school frenemies and realizing that I look better than them now tends to lift my spirits

Either that, or I go spend money like I did today. Man, Bed Bath & Beyond is my new going out spot, I was there for 3 hours today :)

They have some cool stuff!

Oh I don't like shopping for clothes, hate it...

Shoes I can do no problem, and now my new addiction home decor. other than not so much into shopping

I had some disgusting fish tacos for lunch, it is now almost 12 hours since I ate them and I am still sick.

The place was kinda cool, though. Sherlock's Pub and Grill, not sure if it's a chain, but the ambiance is really cool.

I am a sucker for cool decor

I sent my DS230 and supporting DOCs before AOS

Receive RFE - missing AOS package

AOS Package Delivered, June 22, 2009, 11:42 am, PORTSMOUTH, NH 03801 (WOO HOO)

Now it's a waiting a game

My hopes to have the AOS completed by the end of the week.

My hopes to have interview scheduled for August.

My hopes to have my children (and wife of course) not miss the start of the school year. Is there a way to notify NVC / Consulate about this and would they do anything about it?

Called NVC (Automated)

Checklist received 6/24/2009

Meaning they have my AOS package in hands and now I wait for case complete.

Also sent email 6/22/2009 requesting expedite (for above reasons), which when I spoke with a rep yesterday said it was in a supervisors hands.

Thanks everyone so far for all the help.

The AVR says NVC mailed a letter requesting reply with a missing document. #######??? :crying: :crying: :crying:

I don't see what they could be missing, we sent everything they requested from us, plus extra stuff regarding my previous visas and stay in USA.

Did I say before how much I hate now NVC??? I've dealt with USCIS for the past 6 years, and I'm so sick and tired of the immigration thing already!  :crying: :crying: :crying:
