Again, thanks guys!! This is an exciting time indeed. Carlo and I can't wait to start our life together.

....

Aaaaaaaaaaw I can't wait for that moment to come for us.

Have you already gotten an apartment/ house where you will live?

I am currently in the home decor shopping frenzy, I am buying so much stuff and it will be funny once we get an apartment when I realize none of that stuff is gonna match our place. But I am so excited, I gotta do something, so I just buy buy buy!

hi all!

I checked AVR today in the morning and it had a RFE message and it said they mailed something yesterday. Checked my email and nothing was there. Then, I just spoke to an operator and she said that they have accepted our both AOS and DS-230 documents and our case is going through final review. Oh, lord, I do not know if we will get a July interview. Let's see!! Do u think that NVC will stop scheduling interviews tomorrow since it's almost the end of second week?? OR there is a possibility that they might Schedule it next week?? Pray for me folks!!!!

Don't you think that we might get lucky and still get a July interview because my final review started yesterday and the AVR has not been updated yet. So we might get a case completion today and interview date tomorrow!!! Or may be I am getting too excited and optimistic!!

Whidbey girl, do u think the NVC may schedule interviews until the beginning of next week!!

Woohoo!! Congrats on the non-logins! That sounded funny. lol

Whether you can still get a July interview will probably just depend on how your countries handle theirs. If it were Canada, you definitely wouldn't have a July interview, but that's because they're really slow.

Ya, Montreal seems to be the most busiest of them, but I don't understand one thing that why can't NVC schedules interviews. If consulate is so busy, they can still schedule interviews for, let's say, September or October. May be, they tell NVC to wait and wait and that's why NVC is not giving you an interiew date!! Best of luck to you! Hope you get an interview date soon!!!

I just had a strange conversation with a woman at the NVC. When I asked if we had been scheduled for an interview yet, she said no but then continued on to say that the official internal memo hasn't come out yet, but she's been told that July interview scheduling is over.

Normally I'd be disappointed, but I think there's something else going on. The last time Canada scheduled CR1/IR1 interviews was the third week of April. Everyone approved the end of April through the present are still waiting. Needless to say, since they are so backed up, most of us (except those approved in April) wouldn't be expecting a July interview anyway. We'd be expecting an August date. Anyway, just thought I'd throw that in here for Holliday, cmls and any other Canadians lurking around.
