I've got some awful news that is really upsetting me......although I'm not sure this is the place for sharing it....I basically have no where else to go at the moment, and with Whidbey's terrible news....I feel even more awkward but I can't help myself as I am seriously very very sad at the moment and really need to share!

I had a miscarriage! I haven't told my inlaws yet, just my husband....we are both really upset because we were both so very excited about my being pregnant and this is the worst news for me!!! I don't know how or why it even happened...even the nurses at the hospital didn't say anything and my doctor doesnt have a clue other than...try again...thats all she said. All that happened was that I was feeling really lethargic and fatigued all morning and after checking our forum here and giving my condolences to whidbey for her recent loss I decided to take a nap for a bit. When I woke up I felt really odd and was having really strong stomach cramps....like menstrual cramps but about 10 times worse and I looked at my clothes and everything, even the bed and my shirt and pants had blood stains on them...I miscarried in my pants for no apparent reason at all and I'm really upset and want to know how come even though we were doing so much to care and were seeing my doctor regularly and everything seemed really good and normal......so why???

I'm so upset I don't know what to do. I can't talk to anyone yet.....just my husband.....but still I just don't know what to do. I feel like the worst thing in my world has gone and happened without any warning signs so that I could have at least tried to prevent it. We were stupid to have gotten so excited about my being pregnant...even though my husband says not to think like that.....thats how i feel. Of course he says to keep trying and nothing is lost......but how would he know....I'm the one that lost something, and even though it was way too early I was beginning to feel so mother-like...so...pregnant.

I just had to rant!!! I'm sorry......this just sucks really badly for me. I'll probably feel better in a day or two......since this is new for me it hurts more. I'm just really confused is all....why cant my stupid doctor tell me anything!!!! JEEZ!

I'm so sorry for you loss. Please don't blame yourself. Everything happens for a reason, and I'm sure God has better plans for you and your husband.

You're going through difficult right now, but just be patient with yourself and give yourself a time to heal... everything will be alright.

Mumtaz - I am SO SORRY you experienced this. As others have said sometimes it just happens without explaination it was nothing you did or didn't do. I know that being said doesn't really make it any better. I myself, have lost 5 babies in the first trimester and it didn't make it any easier that I had had other before. The last one I was so angry at God because I was do everything right - stopped eating sugars, stopped drinking soda and even stopped eating chocolate. I was so angry because at that time I was a substance abuse counselor and one of my clients was a pregnant woman and she was using cocaine and she carried her baby nearly to term - where was the justice??? A year later I did conceive my daughter and carry her to term, she was right after 4 miscarriages in a row and I thought I could never have a baby again.

Keep positive, God will provide.

I thought the stress was nearly over, but guess not. My grandmother passed away this morning. We knew it was coming soon we just had hoped she would hang on until my sister got here with her daughter who was born on the 14th. She named her Maya which means grandmother. :crying:

I am very sorry!! My condolences to you!! and to your family!! Please console your family!! take care! Talk to you later!!

hi all!!

Please help me since I am very confused. I read the instructions for AOS and I am filling out form I-864EZ. I have a steady job for past three years and my income is way above the poverty guidelines, so therfore, I am filling out I-864EZ because I am using my income from W2 only and I don't need to use assests.

The only confusing thing is Question 19 on I864EZ when it says "My total income (adjusted gross income on IRS Form 1040EZ) as reported on my Federal tax

returns for the most recent three years was:"" BUT I DID NOT FILE 1040EZ. I FILED IRS FORM 1040 AND MY ACCOUNTANT DID THAT,SO WHICH FORM IS APPROPRIATE FOR ME??? I-864 OR I864EZ??? THANKS ALL!!

you would use the I-864, not the I-864EZ. I had a similiar confusion just like you. I used my TOTAL INCOME (before taxes) on the 1040. I think that question only refers to people that file a 1040EZ

Use the I-864 instead and find the line that say "Total Gross Income" in your 1040 or tax transcript.

I put this question in the main forum and most people are saying to use I-864EZ and some I-864. I just do not want to get RFE. Otherwise, I really don't care. Kevin, please tell me, did u get RFE for AOS or was it for DS230?? And did you only use your own income from W2 and no assests??? Please Reply and thanks for your help!!!

You are the petitioner, you are sponsoring only one person, and you have using your own income (one W2) to sponsor. So, you qualify to file 864EZ.

Now, if you want to use 864, you can do it. But, I would suggest that you use 864EZ. its easier and less complicated.

As far as income is concerned, use you gross total income from the tax return. It'll be much better (less chances of rfe) if this income matches your W2.

best of prayers.

i used the I-864 and the RFE was on the DS-230, not the I-864. I just submit them the total package of my 1040, it included everything in there, W-2 etc. No i didnt use any asset. I just put N/A in that area

I just checked through my files, and I don't know if it helps at all, but my husband used the I-864EZ, and his tax return says 1040A on it (I have no idea what the difference is, I assume a 1040EZ is a simplified way to file taxes? Man... I'm gonna have to learn all this stuff once I move! Blah! But yeah, he didn't use the 1040EZ), and we didn't have any problems. I also noticed that he wrote his income on question #19 exactly as it shows on his W2 (both dollars and cents), rather than exactly as it shows on his 1040A (rounded to the nearest dollar).

From the instructions, it sounds to me that it is just letting you know where to find the income amount they are looking for on the 1040EZ form, rather than saying you're required to have filed using that form.

I was going through my monthly phone activity to prepare proofs of ongoing relationship....and, I found out that ever since I got married, I have been spending (average) 1 hr and 36 mins every day talking to my wife on the phone.

Its been 4 months, and I am tired of being away from her....very much like all of you guys.

May we all be united with our loved ones soon.

So I finally received all the paperwork from my husband that I have been waiting on forever, I received it on Saturday and that same day I ended up in hospital. Still in hospital, will be there for 2-3 more days at least. I have a really bad tooth infection, my face is so swollen, ya'll should see how retarded I look right now :) Doctor will come today to let me know if I need surgery or if they'll continue waiting for the antibiotics to do their job...

I have been postponing all dental work that I so desperately need, because I needed to take care of so many other things and costs first. And now that I got a new job my insurance will kick in on 1.June and look... only a couple of days before that I end up being hospitalized without medical and dental insurance. Lovely, just lovely...

So I am stuck here worrying about costs AND I cannot do anything about the paperwork that's just sitting at home right now waiting to be sent to NVC, file tax...

I am about to lose it, so I came here to vent... Hope the rest of you are all doing alright
