I just called NVC and its official, my case is complete today! the stress is finally gone

Operator said June is all booked up so we're in line for a July interview. However, Im gonna bug them everyday until I get a interview date. hehehehe

Yeesss!!! Way to go Kevin!! Look at that, we got approved the same day. Never believe the operator when it comes to interview scheduling. Heck, the lady I talked to read me a statement that was pre-written for them to use about how they don't know when it will be, blah, blah, blah. I personally didn't care because I'm sure I'm looking at August, but it made me laugh. Congrats again!!

thanks Sombercat, yea the operator seems like she was reading a script to me too. other members reported that if you call them everyday, eventually you'll get an operator that will schedule an interview for u. what a coincidence that we both get NOA2 and case completion on the same day!!!!!

I resent again the DS-3032, with my address added for contact, and I also changed the subject of the e-mail. My husband said I should put as a subject our case number and my full name. I received a second automated response from NVC anyway. I'll call them tomorrow to speak to someone about my double send  and to make sure it's OK.

That is REALLY strange. That's the first case I've seen that the log in didn't work and the case wasn't approved the next day. If I were you, I'd call back and talk to at least one more person and probably two or three. I would ask a lot of questions and see if you can get someone to spill the beans, i.e. any idea why it's taking so long when all I resent was a police certificate, any idea why I can't log into the payment site anymore if my case is still in review, etc. I like to ask them a lot of questions and get them flustered and off script.

Awww Chrissy, Sofia is just GORGEOUS! Thanks for sharing the pictures with us!

cmls and SomberCat - I'm hoping we'll all get interviews around the same time. That would be neat! :) I'm kinda hoping for the end of July. My best friend is getting married on July 25, so my husband is going to fly out here for that, and it would be most convenient if the interview could be a few days before or after.

Kevin - Congrats on getting the case complete! That's exciting!

Taj - You should get the DS-3032 email (addressed to your husband, but you'll be CCd on it), and the AOS fee bill email (addressed to you, but your husband will be CCd) at the same time. The IIN will be in the AOS fee bill email.
