Awwwwwww. What a cutie patootie. Look at all of that gorgeous dark hair! If you haven't learned it yet, the number one rule is this - sleep when the baby is sleeping. I know I used to run around trying to get things done when my son was sleeping and then he'd wake up and there was no sleep for mom. I must have a slow learning curve because it took me a few weeks to figure out I should sleep when he was otherwise I would get nothing. I'm glad to hear your mom is pitching in.

If your log in hasn't worked for a week, you've probably been approved for a week and they've never updated the AVR. Definitely call and talk to an operator immediately.

Awww, what a beautiful baby! I can only imagine how hard it is to adjust. I'm glad you have your mom to help you out while waiting for Ben to arrive. Thanks for sharing Sofia's pictures. She's really adorable!

As for your case, you should definitely speak to an operator. I bet your case is already complete and the AVR hasn't updated yet.

Don't use the old form. It clearly states on the new edition that "PREVIOUS EDITIONS OBSOLETE" at the bottom of the form. I suggest speak to an operator and let them know about the typos.

I talked to an operator a few minutes ago and it's official - case completed! Yippee!! Honestly, besides the fact that I'm obviously thrilled that we're one step closer to getting my husband here, I think I'm almost as excited that this means I don't have to fill out any more paperwork, pay the post office more money, etc. Hallelujah! lol Most of the rest of the way, my husband gets to do all of the stuff (medical, etc.). Thank God.

Husband just called and e-mailed me the DS-3032 and AOS. He called NVC yesterday and we listened to the same message we've been listening for 9 days. And today he got this e-mail from NVC and he called back NVC to let them know I won't get it because he noticed something was wrong. Guess what? They screwed up my e-mail address Why not surprised?

Anyway, just wanted to share that info with our FFFF's and thank carlish for the good words that always come right on time

Also to give some hope to Taj and FEISAL that they'll be getting theirs today too :thumbs:

anyway, i also asked my husband to scan a complete ds3032 with his signature and barcode pasted on it (as per instruction of the ling che shortcut guide) so i can send it as an attachment when i sent in our email. he will also be sending it along with his police clearances and ds 230 within this week so i can add his ds3032 along with my AOS package (thats what i saw carlish do in her timeline =)....)

does anyone think its a good idea for me to scan it and attach in our email? the ds 230?

No updates for me- still waiting for an interview....meanwhile I am making plans on selling my home and wondering how am I going to move all my stuff. ......looking at October 1st .....since we will be celebrating our 2nd anniversary on 09/30 - which will mean that I am eligible for the IR1 instead of CR1......

Do not scan the DS-3032 and send it as an attachment. Just follow this email template:

But if you'd rather send the DS-3032 hardcopy, it's better to send the form with husband's original signature than the scanned version.

I just called NVC and its official, my case is complete today! the stress is finally gone :dance: :dance:

Operator said June is all booked up so we're in line for a July interview. However, Im gonna bug them everyday until I get a interview date. hehehehe
