We also got a false RFE. I talk to an operator this morning and she said they are waiting for the DS-230! Everything looks good with our I-864 .

I'm in waiting mode till my wife gets her passport back and mails me a copy, which should be any day now! well that's the hope

Happy Monday, Everyone! Let's hope that the beginning of another week keeps bringing the FFFF's lots of good news!

None yet for us... I can still log onto the online payment site (which I check obsessively, haha) and nothing new on the AVR.

We are hoping for a case complete early this week...

All of this waiting is exhausting... especially since we are still waiting for the baby, too!

As for an update in our case... I'm trying to rebook my ticket to the Philippines so I can be there with my husband during his interview at the Embassy. I need to talk to my boss, and hopefully she would understand that I've got to reschedule my vacation which is scheduled to be next week. Wish me luck!

I need to talk to my boss, and hopefully she would understand that I've got to reschedule my vacation which is scheduled to be next week. Wish me luck!

I went back and read more last night (still trying to catch up) and realized I totally missed the part where you got your interview already. Woohoo!!! That's fantastic! I hope all goes well with your rescheduling. Hopefully your boss isn't rotten enough to keep you from that.

Chrissy, damn girl, you keep right on hanging in there. I would think you should get approved any time early this week as it looks like it doesn't take them overly long to handle the RFE info.

My husband just called a second ago and has his new police certificate in his hands, so I'll be able to send it in tomorrow. I'm hoping it's right this time and we can get an approval by late next week. We'll be together on Memorial Day weekend, so it would be nice to celebrate.

Hey Holliday, get those folks in gear to get you and interview date so I have a good idea of when ours might be. I'm trying to plan!

Sorry I didn't get any updated guesses out this weekend. Had an extremely stressful day yesterday and to top it off my son accidentally logged out of my parental internet blocker so we had no access to internet at all until I could get the password - which I had to have internet access to get.

Anyways, if you could keep my son in your prayers I would appreciate it. He is 20 and had a major stress attack (looks just like a heart attack scared the CRUD outta me!), last Sunday was his 1 year marriage anniversary which she refused to celebrate with him and yesterday their marriage basically did a fatal nose dive and he is hurting so much and it's killing me to see my baby is such pain.

And my boss approved my change of vacation/travel plans!! I just rebooked my ticket and it cost me $309 to do it. It's worth every penny of it just to be there with my hubby during his interview.

carlish i have a question, to call the us embassy in manila did u have to pay the 18$? because i just wanted to talk to someone who knows whether my husband will be able to have his medical and interview in the philippines. i am really hoping that he does not have to go to pakistan for his interview! thank you
