Hello everyone!! Did you think I fell off the Earth? lol Being out of town for a week has that affect on a person. Get this - I really missed you guys. I tried a few times to get on, but I had so much to catch up on, that I never had enough free time (work conference) to fully get caught up. Anyway, it feels great to be back where I am amongst people all going through the same thing.

Look at everything I MISSED!!!! Approvals like CRAZY!!! Woohoo!!!:dance: Between all of the NOA2s and the final approvals from NVC, I'm jumping up and down for everyone. Man, I can hardly believe it! It took me over an hour to read everything I've missed for a week. How awesome!

Not much new here. Since my husband was out of town with me the whole time, he hasn't been able to get the new police certificate yet, but when he gets back home on Monday morning, he'll get it and I'll be able to send it to NVC on Tuesday. After a week and a half, we'll be back in the game finally.

Again, HUGE congratulations to everyone! :star:

Welcome back!! We certainly missed having you around! The sooner you can go back to the NVC game, the better. Your NVC completion is waiting for you. :star:

What a week we had! All the NVC completions, NOA2 approvals and my scheduled interview were awesome! It was really amazing.

ok guys, back in the running. just sent out the revised DS-230 today

That's great kevin!! Lets hope they enter and scan your RFE package into the system soon.

No NVC Case number for me this week :(

Just be patient a bit. You'll get it soon. Hopefully this coming week.

O.M.G. I just spoke to an operator few minutes ago. We scored a June 8 interview at US Embassy in Manila.

I need to postpone my flight so I can be there with my husband during his interview next month. I'm scheduled to visit him in two weeks and was supposed to fly back here in June 7. So that's out of the window now.

I still can't believe it. I can't hardly think right now. I need you to please help us pray that everything will go well, and I'll be able to go back in the states with my husband. Thanks you so much for your support.

bad news everyone, I have an RFE! screwed up on age section. all the places she lived since 16. so just need to get the checklist letter and remailed the DS-230. So close......

I'm sorry Kevin. At least you can fix it right away. Hang in there.

Welcome back SomberCat!

I JUST HAVE TO SHARE!!!!! I received an AWESOME early Mothers Day gift today!!!! Something completely and totally out of the blue! I got a letter from the state telling me that they had collected over 14 months worth of child support from my ex husband!!!!! I was standing in my kitchen in disbelief - NO WAY NO FLIPPIN' WAY!!!! I quickly got out my recently issued debit card AND OMG the letter was real!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was over 14 months worth of child support on it!!! I was shaking so bad!!! You have to understand I have been divorced from this man since 1994 and in those 15 years I have received MAYBE a total of $1500 in support and that's it. I've never ever had the child support amount raised and we were both college students in an extremely depressed area of the country, so his month amount isn't all that much for 3 kids but OMGOSH!!!!!!!! to get this all at once. I went right on line and paid all the bills I could. I'm going to go to the bank machine and get what I can out and put it in my checking account so I can pay a bunch more, then the rest goes into my "Go to Africa for the interview" account!

Damn girl! That's like winning the lottery... albeit a small lottery. There's nothing better than what I call surprise money, especially when it's 14 months worth!! I LOVE your comment about the "Go to Africa for the interview" account. It's not expensive for us to go to Montreal, but we want to stay for a few days and enjoy the town, so we also have a "Go to Montreal for the interview" stash. I'm SO glad for you. You must feel so much better now.
