NVC people, I need some help.

In your DS230 form... #11. Did you leave it blank?

#11 Address in the United States where you want your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) mailed, if different from address in item #10 (including the name of a person who currently lives there).

#10 Permanent address in US where you intend to live, if known. Include the name of a person who currently lives there.

-We put our TN address here.

However, on #11 we're both debating if we have to put "N/a" or "Same as no. 10" or just leave it blank.

I'd like to know what you guys did.

Hi. In Q11, I put "SAME AS ITEM #10".

Do not leave anything blank when filling out the DS-230. Either put N/A or NONE.

If you have any questions about filling out the forms, just ask away, and we will all try to answer your inquiries. Dealing with RFE was a pain so I'm hoping you guys don't have to deal with it.

Many congratulations Carlish. We are both so happy for you and your husband. It's a very happy day to have our first Case Complete.

And thank you for such a gracious post. It has helped tremendously to be part of this group, the stress is unbelievable and only those of us who are in this situation can truly understand how it feels. And we must remember we are the lucky ones, our progress is so much faster than many others or what I thought it would be!!

The best decision we made was to come to this forum and decide to go it alone and not employ a lawyer. The support from you guys is fantastic and very much appreciated.

Now, let's hope that your good news continues and you are able to get a June interview. Is the Manila embassy really busy?

As for our case... I finally worked up enough nerve to call the NVC at lunch today and ask about that second RFE message. The representative confirmed that it was just a false RFE and they were just waiting for the police certificate. I told them that it was delivered yesterday morning, but it still hasn't been scanned into the system yet.

I hope it is processed soon and we can still get our case completed by the end of next week.

OMG. It's official! Our case is completed as of today. It's confirmed by the operator!! :dance:

We are not going to get a May interview, but there's a possibility that they can give us a June interview. It depends if the Embassy in Manila still has capacity to accommodate a slot for us. If not, early July is fine with us too. Anyway, we will find out for sure in the next few days. The operator said that they normally schedule interviews during the 2nd week of the month. That's next week already.

I'd like to thank you guys for your support, guidance, and encouragement. You made things so much easier when everything seemed so unbearable at times. It has been a short but stressful journey. I lost weight and sleep during this process. I was so worried sick that this journey would never end. But God's will make everything possible. Thank you, thank you so much. You have no idea how happy my husband and I right now. We're almost there. We can almost feel and touch the light at the end of the tunnel. We can't wait to get out of the tunnel completely and enjoy the sun.

So I'm rooting for all of you to be where we are. I hope and pray that you will get your cases completed soon as well. We have gone through this journey together. I will not be completely happy till I know you guys are with your spouses too.

FYI - I had sent one DS3032 for my wife an 3 kids, they have only accepted DS3032 (5/5/2009) for my wife and invoiced for the IV fee. I need to send 3 more ds3032 foe each of the other applications.

Just got through to NVC, wow very nice lady updated all account to accept the one DS-3032 !!!!

Here come more fees !!! Never been happoer to have to pay a bill !!

I think Manila is not that busy. If things work out, we will be able to get a late June or early July interview. We're almost there, but not quite. We still need your prayers.

I'm scheduled to fly to Manila in 2 weeks, but now we're thinking that maybe if we get a June interview, I may need to postpone my visit this month so I can be there with him during his interview at the Embassy. I guess we'll decide as soon as we find out his interview date.

Your case is about to get completed too. How are you guys holding up? The baby is almost here. I'm sure you and your hubby are so excited already.

VERY HAPPY FOR YOU...please stay active in this forum and help us all out because you give very good information and i especially need all the help i can get! hope the medical and interview goes well for you and your husband! have a great and safe trip to the philippines...i am planning too to take a vacation in july and hopefully our case will be complete that time...(wishful thinking again!)
