4 cases - 3 of them I am unable to access through the NVC payment site

Called NVC about all 4 cases and they claim that they haven't updated the site yet for the last one as this particular case is waiting to be completed?

Asked about checklist (RFE) that I returned to NVC and I guess I filled it out wrong again (another RFE).

On the I864W Part3, (link) I-864WConcluding provision I Printed my name and Signed for my children and NVC wants the child's name and for me to sign, none the less the checklist is being forwarded and my wife and kids are to bring the Checklist and corrected I864W to the interview.

I asked about the expedite request that I sent 6/22/2009 and they advised that I need to send another expedite request which I did via email again today. Soo being that I missed the second week of august for scheduling the interview looks like the interview will be in September (if the expedite is declined).

Here is the email I sent

Supervisor Sue,

My first initial expedite request was sent on June 22nd, 2009 and I was just advised that i require to send another request, so I am. I understand that this is not a normal request, I would like to request an expedite of the NVC process and interview so my kids would start school at the beginning of the school year for Arizona. I had purchased a home (3321 W King Drive, Anthem AZ 85086) and closing date is August 14th, 2009 so the school that they will be attending is Anthem Elementary. For Athem Elementary In Arizona the school year starts August 17th, 2009. I would hope to get an interview date in August 2009 so they do not miss too much of the school year. If there is a cancellation list or something to be put on or the expedite is granted this would be wonderful. All four of the cases below are being forwarded to the embassy/awaiting interview to be scheduled.

Dang ek, you're really having a mess. That's awful. You've had quite the complicated case. You're so close to the end, I hope for your sanity you get there soon. I hate to continue the rain on your parade, but unless they approve your expedite request, you're looking at much longer than September for an interview. Those of us from Canada with August interviews were all approved in April and May, so I'll keep my fingers crossed that your expedite comes through, otherwise I think you're looking at the fall. You can check the CR1/IR1 Montreal interview timeline in the Canada forum to see a good list for those of us without expedites.

So here's one of the stupidest questions I'll ever ask on here - for those of you that have been to your interviews or have one coming up, what are you wearing? Okay, stop laughing. lol If you actually knew me well, you'd be laughing even harder because I'm the most ungirly thing ever. In fact, I took the "how girly are you?" quiz on FB the other night and get a whopping 0%.

I've read some people have worn jeans, but I don't want to do that. It seems too casual. I also don't want to really dress up as I think that would be silly. So I'm shooting for something right in the middle I think... but I don't know what that is. lol Any clues? Just a pair of pants (like Dockers or something) and a casual shirt?

I'm not girly either and I also had the fact that it was really hot in Juarez when i was there so even if i wanted to dress up it wouldn't have worked because of the heat and the fact that you have to wait at an outside tent in the Juarez consulate. So i wore khaki pants, a polo shirt and sneakers and i don't think the lady who did the interview even looked at my clothes because she was behind a window so she couldn't have seen anything but the shirt anyway ha ha.

Don't worry about it too much, it all be alright.

Good luck!

I was going to wear cute little floral dress and cowboy boots, but I am worried that the interviewer could be a woman, and then it wouldn't go so well, I kinda look good in dress and boots and the b1tch may get jealous, you know

I decided I am going to wear dark gray pants, navy blue button down shirt, light gray shoes and belt. Pretty muted and conservative, but the blue shirt does wonders for my eyes in case the interviewer is a man and I do need to flirt ...
