It's so simple. Before you have sex, you get out your calculator, read your horoscope, roll some dice - and determine whether you can successfully support that potential baby you are about to make. Otherwise, just say no.

With a D&D die I presume.

LOL...oh those were the days...the 20 sided die was the mother of 'em all.

Anti-rape condoms for females distributed through out portions of Africa to prevent rape and higher birth rates in under educated villages. Some say it encourages rapist to sodomize their victims now though but defiantly decreases birthing rates no?

that does not prevent rape --- maybe unwanted pregnancies from it, but not the act in itself.

Yep. Just catches the rapist by surprise unless he sodomize.

** anti-SCHIP talking points:

HUMAN EVENTS received a summary of [hr-2], the SCHIP bill, from Dave Camp (R-Mich.), the ranking member of the House Ways and Means Committee, when it became available at 5:39 this morning. According to the summary released by Camp this morning, the bill would dilute the focus on America’s poorest of children by opening SCHIP to the children of illegal aliens as the bill eliminates the identity-verification requirements in the current law and severely limits what states can do to attain proof of citizenship. The bill also removes the five-year waiting period legal residents are currently required to wait before enrolling in Medicaid or SCHIP. The bill does not include a cap on income for eligibility which would permit families making more than $80,000 eligible for coverage, whether American citizens or not.

The Rethuglicans are pissed because LPR's don't have to wait 5-years to be eligible.

The Rethuglicans are pissed because USC/LPR children of illegal aliens would be covered. Rethuglicans feel children should be punished for the sins of their fathers.

You know what, Rethuglicans? ** you. You lost
