This is pretty similar to what we will submit with our K-1 petition in June this year.

We originally met via the website matrixmanina.com during 2004, where we exchanged messages. In June 2005, Alex flew to Australia and we met in person for the first time in Melbourne. We agreed to become a couple July 21. 2006. In January 2006, Alex returned to Australia to visit Astrid for 10 days. In April 2006, Astrid flew to the U.S on the Visa Waiver Program and stayed at Alex's home until July 2006. In December 2006, Astrid qualified for an F-1 student visa and lived with Alex during the duration of her studies. During her time in the US, Astrid flew back to Australia once in August 2008. Astrid returned to her home in Australia June 2009.

I pretty much kept the dates as just month/year, but should I put the specific dates of when we flew and visited? Anything else we should consider putting in there? I don't want to make it too complex, as the photos, plane tickets, and passport stamps are going to back it up.

Thanks!

For USCIS purposes, anything outside the two years prior to the I-129F is information but not pertinent information.... They don't care about the how and the why but that you had a face to face meeting within the previous two years and you can document it. IMO, all other stuff is "fluff".

For the two years prior to our filing, I was already living in the US on my visa and had been doing so for 6 months. All the boarding passes/passport stamps except for one predate that two year period. Of course, I have our apartment lease and other evidence to show, but the statement of how we met is going to be pretty bare.

That's a lot more information than I gave them. In two sentences I told them that we met online and that I went and visited several times. That seemed to be sufficient.

Yep, dittos.

I attached my passport stamps, boarding passes and one photo of us together in a restauraunt in Prague. Approved, no questions asked. I almost could fit it in to the space provided for question 18.
