What was the holdup? Nothing in particularl (that I know of), just VSC inefficiency.

Remember, government intelligence is an oxymoron.

BTW, I'm planning to go to Kiev for her interview (G-d willing).

BTW, I'm planning to go to Kiev for her interview (G-d willing).

Good choice - I am definitely happy that I went to the interview. Read my review of same when you get a chance. Aside from any effect it had on the interview itself, Vika was so relieved that I was coming, it was worth it.
