I am very frustrated!! Are they still working on March 5??? Isn't it a mistake?? Finally the process time has been updated and I was happy, and then after I saw the date, I was so depressed... It really takes forever... :crying:

I was so excited, and then THE DATE DIDN'T CHANGE! OMG! I was deflated after that. Well.... here's to the next update or some individual good news.

It appears that all K-3/K-4 after March 5 receipt dates are affected by IMBRA and RFE will be sent. My I-129F receipt date is March 24, 06. My I-130 is approved and NVC has already assigned us a case number. I think, I will give up I-129F route.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
