For questions 19 and 20, do I put n/a or none in just the top set of lines or in EVERY line in the section?

Also, for question 23, Do I put my secondary school and college and what should I write for "course of study" and "degree or diploma?" I attended university btu I didn't get my degree so I only have my A levels and GCSE's.

You can use the sample DS-230 they have here on VJ if you have any questions.

But if you don't have any children put NONE on question 19.

You have to put the addresses of all places you've lived since you turned 16, even if it's been the same one you've always lived in.

In question 23 put all schools you've attended (my husband only wrote down high school and college), write your course of study even if you didn't graduate and in DEGREE OR DIPLOMA write NONE since you didn't get your degree.
