How often do you change your towels

i think it's silly too. for towels that you use in other situations that are not right after showering, like after sex towels lol then it's understandable washing them often, but i leave the shower extremely clean and i really wash my hands.

I think once a week is plenty. Doing it every day doesn't justify the waste of energy and water (I'm all about going green now). But then again all your skin cells get stuck on the fabric after each use, so not washing them once a week is a bit... what's the word... disgusting!

hand towels I change about once a week but shower towels I change every two showers... well hubby's towel I change every two showers, he would want a clean towel every time .. mine I change usually every 2 but sometime I go 3 or 4 showers before changing it...

yeah your body is clean after a shower but I like to use fresh towels.. and a towel that has been used for over a week isn't so fresh anymore...

That is true - I may be clean whenever I dry off, but after a while they get a certain smell - I guess it's the whole wet cloth stuff, idk. I do mine whenever I do my laundry - usually once a week or sometimes I get a week and a half/two weeks out of it since it's just me (until my bibo gets here hopefully by July!)

After a while of course doesn't matter how clean you come out of the shower germs start accumulating!. Unless you bathe in clorox!. Once a weeke with sheets is good enough!.

But your skin cells get stuck in the sofa too when you sit on it and you don't wash that once a week... LOL Maybe some of the germaphobes do... maybe we've all gotten a bit too squeamish about germs. I dunno.
