Aruba, I wish I never got a lawyer. I could have done it myself too. You guys did the smarter thing. My husband is basically paying a lawyer to type everything which I do all the work on. I fill out all applications and provide all documents. All they do is type it nice on the apps and then mail it for me :wacko:

Sonia - Thank you honey! I was wondering where you were at! How's it going with you? What stage have you reached so far? I see your case has been forwarded. Are you going the K-3 route?

Who CARES about the I-129F? The I-130 is the REAL Item!

BTW OUR I-130 and I-129F were both approved TODAY (as far as I'm concerned we can trash the I-129F :devil: ), I'm going straight for the REAL DEAL the I-130/CR1. :dance: :dance: :dance:
