HALLERRRRRRRRRR... guess what???i had my interview last dec18 and assigned me to pass add doc which is marriage index and i passed that last JAN14 2009. But until now, i dont hear from the embassy. grrrrrrrrrr......its 3 weeks now....boohhhhhhhhhh. guys, am i only experience this situation?

Some of us waited three months before receiving their visas. In my case I received mine in 2 1/2 months. Be patient.

i had my interview dec 15 and was put on fraud and passed additional documents dec 18...and got approved jan 13...tell your petitioner to just keep on calling the embassy..and you keep on sending email to the embassy too...thats what we did..and now im already here in usa.

i had my interview last dec 17, 2008 and ask me to submit additional doc and i submitted it last jan. 6, 2009 and january 15 i received my visa

My interview date is january 16 Friday(consul gave me white and blue paper)

January 19 (Embassy iis closed)

January 20 submitted additional documents

January 26 (talked to grace on the phone, and was told that my papers is still at the consular officer, they cannot determine how long is the review, usually it takes 2 weeks to a month)

january 27 visa approved

january 29 air21 delivered the visa packet and passport( I pay 250 for the delivery)

It is better that your fiance call the USEM to inquire about the status of your visa

if you want to call USEM dial 5184 and look for Grace(it's better to call early morning so that you can easily get connected, 8 am)

dont be paranoid...loaded lang co mo..did your petitioner keep on calling the embassy? email them?
