Yes, that was the first approach. Kinda like checking to see if it's plugged in before you call the helpline. Thanks, though. :hehe::lol:

helo! i would like to ask my case,my petition was approved last may 29,2009 n i recieve a case# fr.NVC n my priorty date is nov 21,2006.how long do you think we have to wait my schedule for interview.anywyz F2 is my category.thx u

Blizkerbylouis, you are using the "Report" button to post your questions. What that does is send a report to all the moderators and the system administrator. Instead hit "Add Reply" "Reply" or "Fast Reply".

4/14/10 Email approval for 13 yr Old CR 4/23/10

Oldest son now 21 I-130 filed by LPR dad ( as per NVC CSPA is applying here )
I-130 approved 2/24
Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well
11/11/10 GC Received smile.png

im soooo happy for you jim_michelle and shelee..... you guys are almost out of the tunnel..... you already got your case# and all that... i still have years to go... but im glad we can tell that they are working on it huh? dont forget to tell us and share the updates of your journey.... thats where im getting my hopes from.... it inspire me.....

------USCIS-- married since March 28, 2005 - I130 filed: july 27, 2007

NOA #1: Aug 6, 2007 NOA #2: Oct. 29, 2009 - APPROVED

--NVC--December 12, 2009 - Case# generated from NVC

December 17, 2009 - hubby received his letter from NVC[/font]

April 13, 2010 - received DS-3032 via email

April 19, 2010 - sent back DS-3032 to NVC thru DHL (did not email a copy)

April 23, 2010 - DS3032 was received per operator and reviewed, received IV and AOS bill thru mail.

April 29, 2010 - paid AOS ($70) fee bill

April 30, 2010 - paid IV fee bill ($400.00 each beneficiary)

May 01, 2010 - AOS shows "PAID" in the system, printed cover sheet.

May 05, 2010 - iv bill shows "PAID"

June 24, 2010 - sent AOS via USPS/certified and prioritized

July 14, 2010 - received RFE. nvc is requesting again for Tax Transcript 2009

Sept 14, 2010 - Mailed RFE documents via usps

Sept 22, 2010 - mailed complete DS-230 via DHL

Oct 14, 2010 - received RFE about beneficiary's police clearances

Nov. 30, 2010 - sent corrected DS-230 with correct years of residency via USPS

Dec. 21, 2010 - CASE COMPLETED!!!

April 28, 2011 - interview date was set to JUNE 28, 2011 @6:30AM

June 15, 2011 - MEDICAL EXAM and will be back fri (6/17/11) for results

June 28, 2011 - Interview

July 12, 2011 - arrived at LAX - and we'll live happily ever after!

Feb. 25, 2010 : my 31st Birthday

Feb. 26, 2010 : Air21 delivered my Visa & Passport early morning. Yay!

Feb. 27, 2010 : Saturday "bought pasalubong"

Feb. 28, 2010 : Sunday "bought luggage bag"

Mar. 02, 2010 : PDOS Seminar at Quirino, Paco Manila.. went back to US Embassy 4pm..

Mar. 03, 2010 : POE, Minneapolis, St. Paul International Airport

Mar. 27, 2010 : received a WELCOME Letter and my Greencard.. Yay!

Apr. 03, 2010 : received my SSA Card.. finally!
