Hello everyone! My fiancé is filling out the Affidavit of Support Forms. My question is what should be the answer for the questions found in:

Name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join person:

---- We’re on K1, does he have to put NONE under the spouse column?

---- We have a son together whom we are applying for CRBA, does he have to list our son in the child column?

10. I have submitted a visa petition(s) to USCIS on behalf of the following person(s).

--- Does this include me, which he did file for a K-1 visa petition at the USCIS?

11. That I __ intend __ do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person name in item 3.

--- If he checks “intend”, is it necessary that he indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions?

I hope you guys can give us some ideas on these. Thank you!!! God bless!!!

We love our little man so much. It's a beautiful thing. Truly, babies are God's proof that the best things do come in small packages!!!"

Yes, put "None"

Yes, list your children here

Yes, this is you, and your son.

You can check "do not intend", or I checked "Intend" and I put "Room and board while staying in the United States"

I hope you guys can give us some ideas on these. Thank you!!! God bless!!!

That is how I did it, except for having a son.

Rocky: "Baby, are they still mad at us on VJ?"

Bullwinkle: "No, they are just confused."

Thank you for your reply.

I missed to ask this part of the form:

8. The following persons are dependent upon me for support:

--- What should he write in that portion? Does he have to list me and

our son?

Ok I have a unique situation. I filed an I-134 with the I-129f for my ex-wife in 1992. She is now a US citizen.

I know I should list my fiance in #10 on the I-134 and I would think I need to list my ex-wife in #9 but would I also list my ex-wife in question #10 as well?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
