I lived in the same place in the Philppines since I was 16 yrs old. Then I left and got married in Thailand where I live as an expat. Haven't gone back to Phils yet. What name should I use for my Police Clearance and NBI Clearance? I used only m maiden name in my hometown. Also my passport wasn't amended until recently.

Any advice?

If you're using your married name then apply NBI and police clearance under your married since in the NBI and police application you will fill out as married if you're married and single to those who are still single :P

Aug. 17, 2009.....NOA

Sept.01, 2009.....biometric appointment

Sept.12, 2009.....rcved interview letter

Oct. 19, 2009.....date of interview....passed!!!!!

Nov. 18, 2009.....Oath Ceremony...yahooooooooo!!!!!!!!!
