I went with my wife for our AOS interview in san jose CA. we got a paper form the person interviewing that he will send it to supervisor to further review and wait for reply. He first ask us for passport and ID. then he ask for my us citizenship paper and ask us for evedience such as wedding so i pulled out our wedding phots he spent much time with it and took some pictures from it to keep then I gave him my joint bank statements and health insurance cards that was issue from work..... He ask use when we met and when we decided to get marry. I answer him giving that we were introduce in 12/05 then 2/06 we started to communicate via email and phone then i went to visit her in2/07 and 12/07. Then got married in 8/08. He then said that was fast. Is that a problem and could cause for denial of AOS. They took her I-94 paper out of her passport. Can Anyone tell me if this is bad or is it because they want to review my file before they approve my wife conditional greencard from a i-129 fiance visa status.

sounds like a good interview, the officer may have been a new officer and every case has to go before his supervisor for final approval. The fact that he took her I-94 is a good sign, they normally only remove that if the case can be approved.

Keep checking your status online and I am sure you will see your approval in the next few days or so.
