i am about to mail the AOS for my father and my concern is...i am a college student. I dont have any income. i havent work since the past 3 years. my

husband will be my joint sponsor. Do I need to provide a letter stating that i have been in school for the past three years? Is the petition for my father

be affected due to my unemployment (the petitioner)? I'm worried....they said it's ok but I don't know.....Is the NVC concern about that? I mean

petitioning somebody with no income  . And one more....my hubby needs the employment letter. am I right?

You should have been filing Joint returns with your husband to the IRS, then you wont have an issue with IRS returns, You simply fill out an I-864 with a ZERO income noted, and your husband fills out an I-864A as member of your household.

Husband provides IRS returns of IRS transcripts, letter from employer, and some recent pay stubs.
