Not to mention the more difficult concepts that a lot of people fail to grasp, such as the idea that war crimes can only exist if there is a framework around which to evaluate what is and isn't a war crime, something only a body independant of nation states is able to maintain. Or the fact that human rights only exist within such a framework. Still, I know these concepts are very difficult for the 'black/white' brain to digest

in case the claims were true. there is a PR war to be won as well in any conflict. more so in any Israeli conflict. but that doesn't overshadow a supposedly impartial, neutral world bodies' behavior towards one nation.

Most international significant multilateral and bilateral agreements have nothing to with the UN so without the UN there would be simply be another empty building in NYC
